SM Foundation Nepal is a non-governmental and non-profit socio-economic and educational development organization. It is free from racial, regligious, political bias and discrimination.

The Foundation has four areas of advocacy: education through scholarship programs and donations to schoolhouses; donation laptop & computers to school; community oriented projects like adult literacy and training on handicraft, scholarship in computer training to children.
